Authentic First hand experiences 

Children at Early Nurture Pre-School investigated scientific experiments using lemons and limes to create volcanoes exploding, the children were really fascinated with the experience.  

Exploring Literacy

Early Nurture Pre-School is proud to see some children are exceeding within the EYFS making rigid progress. They are able to write their name without prompt, can find letters of their name, making great progress.

Furthermore the children are able to draw pictures of their family and distinguish mark making through literacy. 

Deepening Scientific play

British Heart Foundation Day: The children at Early Nurture Pre-School experimented pumping the heart and the seeing the blood circulation around the body through scientific experiments.

Imitating number play

The children at Early Nurture Pre-School explored playing with noodles and writing in Chinese numbers in the sand.

Children  exploring imagination using sensory play phones

Children have been exploring new ways of communicating with each other, by using intensive interaction using sensory stimulation phones, this activity has been a huge success.

Deepening creativity

Today children explored painting with balloons, learning to balance learning to balance the balloons and create a collaboration piece of art.

Exploring First hand experiences in the community.

This week children are learning about cars, the boys have a huge interest in how cars function. Children are given the opportunity to explore the local petrol station and challenge their thinking further, by investigating how petrol is put into cars and how tyres get air into them.
